Exercise #2 - Defining a Configuration and Change Management Process

One of the most challenging things about requirements is dealing with changes.

As we saw in the course presentation, a Change Management process includes the following elements:
  • Identifying a potential change
  • Requesting new functionality
  • Analyzing the change request
  • Evaluating the change
  • Planning the change
  • Implementing the change
  • Reviewing and closing the change request

In our case study, we know that users are going to think of additional features they would like to see in the envisioned CRM solution.

Your goal in this exercise is to identify the steps and information needed to specify new features identified by the users for the case study CRM system.
